Communication Support Unit

We run a Communication Support Unit where both deaf, hard of hearing clients and service providers (i.e. Hospitals, Solicitors, Doctors, etc.) can book British Sign Language interpreters, Lipspeakers, notetakers and deafblind interpreters. The service can be booked via the telephone, minicom, SMS text, fax, e-mail or even by calling in. There is also a 24 hour emergency service available, mobile no. 07977 552414. There is no charge to deaf people for this service, however, service providers are usually required to pay.
